is not as hot and the sunsets are at their best! Off season
rates apply. The Chateau's rates can fit anyone's budget this time
of the year. Traditional units start at $59 per night. We
also offer discounted Seven-Night specials.

Winter Snowbirds! Take advantage of our low monthly
rates available for seniors 65 and over. Efficiency units are priced
at an affordable
rate, call us for details. Monthly rates are based for couples
only and include no maid service. It's basically like renting
an efficiency apartment for a month. We provide utilities,
cable and basic cooking and eating utensils. An extra change
of linens is included but you're responsible for the laundering
and the supplies for your unit. Additional services available
at an additional charge. Monthly rates are not available
over the internet so call 1-888-84 BEACH for
details. Restrictions and minimums may apply. Daily rates for winter
are based on "off season" prices. Monthly
rates are not available on-line.
